The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The signs feature Romanian text, specifically "Alege cel mai mic preț la gaze și energie," which points directly to Romania. The architecture of the tall, blocky apartment buildings is characteristic of Eastern European urban planning from the socialist era. The overhead trolleybus wires are a common sight in major Romanian cities like Bucharest. I am fairly confident this is in Bucharest, Romania.

The scene confirms my previous assessment of Romania with more clear signage. The dense, multi-story residential blocks are classic Bucharest architecture. The presence of trolleybus wires and the specific style of the traffic lights and utility poles are very characteristic of the Romanian capital. I am very sure this is Bucharest.
