The street markings and the general architecture, including the style of the apartment buildings, strongly suggest Turkey. The signage on the corner building is in Turkish, confirming this location. The climate and vegetation are consistent with a Mediterranean or Marmara region environment. I am fairly confident this is in a Turkish city, likely Istanbul given the density and building style.

I suspect this is in Istanbul, Turkey. I am 70% sure.
