The yellow double lines and the style of the street signs strongly suggest the United States, specifically California. The dense, leafy trees and the architecture of the buildings are very characteristic of Los Angeles. The flyer on the tree mentions "Gpo. Soñador" and "Kinto Sol," which are common in Spanish-speaking communities in Southern California. I am fairly confident this is in the Los Angeles area.
