The cobblestone street and the architectural style of the buildings strongly suggest a historic European city. The sign "U HROCHA" is in Czech, pointing towards Prague. The narrow, hilly streets and the specific building facades are characteristic of the Malá Strana district. I am very confident this is Prague, Czech Republic.
