The architecture, including the style of the houses and the metal gates, strongly suggests a location in Eastern Europe, possibly the Balkans. The presence of snow indicates a cold climate. The house number "2A" is written in a standard Latin script format common in this region. The overall urban aesthetic feels like a residential neighborhood in a city such as Sofia, Bulgaria. I am moderately sure about this general area.

The architecture and the specific style of the residential buildings, combined with the grey, overcast sky and melting snow, strongly point towards a city in Bulgaria. The presence of a "Give Way" sign and the general urban layout are consistent with Bulgarian residential areas. The vehicles and the overall infrastructure look very typical for Sofia. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
