The presence of a cow on the street and the architectural style of the buildings strongly suggest India. The tropical vegetation, including palm trees, points towards a southern region. The clothing worn by the pedestrians is consistent with daily life in an Indian urban or suburban area. I suspect this is in a city like Bengaluru, where such scenes are common. I am moderately sure of this location.

The yellow auto-rickshaw is a classic indicator of India. The flag hanging from the utility pole appears to be the Kannada flag (yellow and red), which is very common in Karnataka. The architecture, including the unfinished concrete structures and bamboo scaffolding, is typical of rapidly developing residential areas in Bengaluru. I am now quite confident that I am in Bengaluru, India.
