I am flying over a street with right-hand traffic and distinctive palm trees, typical of Southern California. The architecture, power poles, and general suburban layout strongly suggest the Los Angeles area. The weather is sunny and clear, consistent with a coastal California climate. I am fairly confident this is in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

The yellow dashed lines and the suburban residential architecture with palm trees confirm this is definitely Southern California. The wooden utility poles and the specific style of the multi-unit housing are very characteristic of the Los Angeles basin. The hilly terrain in the distance is consistent with various neighborhoods in LA. I am now very confident in this location.
