The street sign clearly reads "Mission Hills Rd," which is a strong indicator for Southern California. The surrounding landscape, including the dry hills and palm trees, confirms my previous suspicion of the Los Angeles area. I see a sign for "Mission Hills" and the general topography matches the northern San Fernando Valley. I am very sure this is in the Mission Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
