The architecture, street signs, and overall urban aesthetic are distinctly Japanese. The text on the signs confirms this, and the style of the buildings suggests a high-end commercial district in a major city like Tokyo. The specific "Fukuhara Ginza" signage points directly to the Ginza district. I am very confident in this location.
