The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, and the architecture with the bay windows is highly characteristic of San Francisco. The street sign is green and white, typical of the US, and the overall aesthetic suggests a California urban environment. The presence of a Shell station and the specific style of the traffic light poles further support a major American city. I am fairly sure this is in San Francisco, California.
