The road markings and yellow double lines indicate driving on the right side of the road, typical of the United States. The banner on the pole explicitly says "Fashion District," which is a strong indicator of Los Angeles. The area code "310" on the leasing sign is a classic Los Angeles area code. The bright, clear sky and architecture are consistent with Southern California. I am very confident this is in the Fashion District of Los Angeles, California.
