I am flying over a street in the United States, likely in California given the palm trees and the Korean text on the parking sign. The street signs indicate an intersection of Maple, and the architecture and infrastructure are typical of an industrial or commercial area in Los Angeles. The presence of a "Howard Industries" building and the specific style of the utility poles strongly suggest an urban setting in Southern California. I am fairly confident this is in Los Angeles.
