The traffic is driving on the right side of the road, suggesting North America. The utility poles and the style of the Ford Transit and Chevrolet van are very characteristic of the United States. The architecture and the graffiti-covered fencing in the background point toward a dense urban area in California, possibly Los Angeles. I suspect this is near an industrial or warehouse district in Los Angeles. I am moderately sure of this location.

The view confirms the right-hand traffic and the industrial urban setting typical of Los Angeles. The large pink building in the background is a strong landmark often seen in the Arts District or near the industrial corridors of LA. The utility poles and the overall overcast sky are very consistent with the coastal Southern California climate. I am confident this is in Los Angeles, California.
