The presence of an auto-rickshaw with "Instamart" branding strongly points to India. The road layout and the style of the vehicle suggest a major urban center. The lush green park-like area in the background is characteristic of the administrative or central districts in New Delhi. I suspect this is near the India Gate area or a similar green belt in the capital. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
