The scene shows a narrow street with Japanese-style architecture and a green sign with the kanji "文" (indicating a school zone). The utility pole design and the overall urban aesthetic are distinctly Japanese. The vehicle markings and the general environment strongly suggest a residential area in a Japanese city. I am quite confident this is in Japan.
