The driving side is on the right, and the road markings include a double yellow center line, typical of North America or the Caribbean. The architecture and the distant skyline, combined with the tropical vegetation, strongly suggest a city like Miami. The style of the utility poles and the bright, clear sky are consistent with a South Florida urban environment. I am fairly confident this is Miami, Florida.
