The driving is on the right side of the road. The street signs are in English, and there is a sign for "HM Hormiguitas" with a phone number area code 323, which is specific to Los Angeles. The architecture and the dense urban environment with a "Fashion District" feel strongly point to the Los Angeles garment district. The weather is overcast, typical for a California day. I am very confident this is in Los Angeles, California.
