I am flying over a busy urban street where traffic drives on the right. The signs are in English and Spanish, and the "PED XING" and "ONE WAY" signs are standard for the United States. The architecture, dense urban environment, and specific signage for "Hormiguitas" suggest a commercial district in a major city, likely Los Angeles given the area code 323 on the signs. I am fairly confident this is the Fashion District in Downtown Los Angeles.
