The architecture and the Spanish text on the building advertisement strongly suggest a location in Spain. The dry vegetation and bright, clear sky are consistent with a Mediterranean climate. The road markings and general infrastructure look typical of a Spanish urban or suburban area. I am fairly confident this is in Spain, likely near a major city like Madrid given the urban density.

The road sign clearly says "Campamento," which is a well-known neighborhood in the Latina district of Madrid, Spain. The architecture of the apartment blocks is very characteristic of the residential areas in the outskirts of Madrid. The bright, clear sky and dry vegetation are consistent with the central Spanish plateau. I am very confident this is in the Campamento area of Madrid.
