The road markings and the presence of a "Fortress Storage" sign suggest a North American urban environment. The architecture of the high-rise buildings, with their modern, glass-heavy balconies, is characteristic of coastal Florida, specifically the Miami area. The "Ascaso Gallery" sign is a strong clue, as it is a well-known gallery located in the Wynwood/Midtown area of Miami. The tropical vegetation and bright, clear sky further support a South Florida location. I am quite confident this is in Miami, Florida.
