The cars are driving on the right side of the road. The licence plates have the distinctive look of Florida plates, and the architecture, palm trees, and humid-looking sky strongly suggest a coastal Florida city. The large white building in the distance looks like a major resort or hotel complex. I suspect this is near the beach in Miami or a similar South Florida urban area. I am fairly confident in this location.
