The street sign on the building says "ONE 19 ST", which is a strong indicator of a numbered street system in a major US city. The tropical vegetation and the style of the high-rise buildings in the background suggest a coastal Florida city, likely Miami. The school crossing sign is standard for the United States. I am fairly confident this is in the Edgewater or Downtown area of Miami.
