The cars are driving on the right side of the road, which is standard for the US. The architecture, the graffiti-covered warehouse-style buildings, and the bright, warm lighting suggest a large urban area in Florida, likely Miami. The PayByPhone sign is a common sight in American cities. The vibe of the area strongly points to the Wynwood Art District in Miami. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
