The road appears to be in a tropical or subtropical environment with red-toned soil, typical of parts of East Africa. The "Explore Uganda" watermark at the bottom is a massive clue, as is the "Pearl of Africa" slogan. The vehicles are driving on the left side of the road, which is standard in Uganda. The architecture and the general landscape feel consistent with the outskirts of Kampala. I am quite confident this is in Uganda.
