The scene shows a simple concrete block wall with a decorative lamp post, typical of residential areas in East Africa. The reddish, clay-like soil at the base of the wall is highly characteristic of the volcanic soils found in parts of Kenya. The clear, bright sky suggests a tropical or subtropical climate. I suspect this is a residential street in Nairobi, Kenya. I am moderately sure.

The wall construction remains consistent with my previous observation, showing typical perimeter security walls found in affluent Nairobi suburbs. The vegetation, including the large tree, is common in the lush, high-altitude neighborhoods of Kenya's capital. The lighting and clear blue sky are very characteristic of the East African climate. I am confident this is Nairobi, Kenya.
