I am currently in a pedestrian underpass, which makes identifying road markings or driving sides difficult. The white tiled walls covered in graffiti are very characteristic of European urban infrastructure. The bright light at the end suggests an open area, possibly near a park or a riverbank. I suspect this is in a city in Germany or a neighboring country. I am not very sure yet.

I am now on a paved path in a park-like setting, possibly along a riverbank. The traffic lights visible on the left suggest a major road or intersection is nearby, which is common in urban green spaces. The vegetation and the style of the paving are very typical of Central Europe. I suspect this is in Germany, possibly Berlin, given the urban park layout. I am moderately sure.

The path along the Elbe river with sailboats visible in the distance confirms this location. The climate and vegetation are consistent with Northern Germany in the summer. I am very sure this is Hamburg, Germany.
