The street signs and the distinct red-and-white streetcar are strong indicators of Toronto, Canada. The "BlackToe Running" store is a recognizable local business. The infrastructure, including the overhead wires for the streetcar, is characteristic of the city's transit system. I am very confident this is downtown Toronto.
