I am flying through a tunnel with traffic moving on the left side of the road. The road markings are white, and there are green lane-control signals overhead. The vehicles, including a white minivan, have a style consistent with modern urban infrastructure in East Asia. Given the tunnel design and the specific green signal indicators, this looks like Hong Kong. I suspect this is the Cross-Harbour Tunnel in Hong Kong.

I am 70% sure.

The tunnel walls are smooth, beige, and feature recessed lighting strips, which is characteristic of the Western Harbour Crossing in Hong Kong. The left-hand traffic and the specific shape of the tunnel interior confirm this location. The white minivan ahead is typical of the luxury MPV market prevalent in Hong Kong. I am very confident this is the Western Harbour Crossing.

I am 95% sure.
