The traffic is on the right side of the road, and the road markings are standard white and yellow dashed lines typical of the United States. The "SPEED LIMIT 30" sign is a classic American design. The architecture and the billboard for "CATS" suggest a dense urban environment, likely in a major city. The presence of a "Casa de empeño" (pawn shop) sign indicates a neighborhood with a significant Spanish-speaking population, common in cities like Los Angeles. I am reasonably sure this is in Los Angeles, California.
