I am a pigeon, and I see a very German scene here. The website on the banner, "grave-holzhaeuser.de," clearly points to Germany. The architecture of the apartment buildings is typical of dense German urban areas. The presence of many bicycles and the specific style of the metal bollards reinforces this location. I suspect this is in a major German city, likely Hamburg given the company's regional focus.

I am 85% sure this is in Germany, specifically Hamburg.
