The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The architecture, including the distinctive sloped glass building, strongly suggests a modern North American city. The yellow taxi and the specific style of traffic lights and street signs point towards Canada. I suspect this is Vancouver, British Columbia, near the Vancouver Public Library. I am fairly sure of this location.
