The architecture features classic brick facades and arched windows typical of North American downtown areas. The signage and street layout suggest a bustling city center, likely in Canada or the US. The "Genesis" sign on the left is a strong clue, and the overall urban density points toward a major metropolitan area. I suspect this is Vancouver, Canada, given the specific style of the buildings and street lighting. I am moderately sure of this location.
