I see a reflection of a "Royal Bank" sign in the window, which is a major Canadian institution. The store is "Maison Birks," a well-known Canadian luxury jeweler. The yellow school bus in the reflection is typical of North America. The architecture and street style suggest a major Canadian city. I am fairly confident this is in downtown Vancouver.
