The road markings and the blue overhead sign with traditional Chinese characters indicate this is Hong Kong. The dense high-rise residential architecture is characteristic of the city's urban landscape. The sign points toward "Kwai Chung" and "Hong Kong (W)". I am very sure this is in the Kwai Chung area of Hong Kong.
