The text at the bottom of the image explicitly identifies this location as Georgia. The architecture, including the balconies and the style of the buildings, is characteristic of urban areas in Georgia, likely Tbilisi. The vegetation and the general atmosphere also align well with the landscape of the Georgian capital. I am fairly confident this is in Tbilisi, Georgia.
