The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, and the road markings are typical of North America. The sign on the right mentions "St. George Street," which is a prominent street in Toronto, Canada. The architecture, including the mid-rise apartment buildings and older brick houses, is very characteristic of the downtown Toronto area near the University of Toronto. The sun position and vegetation suggest a warm summer day in a temperate climate. I am quite confident this is in Toronto.
