I am flying over a city that drives on the right side of the road. The street signs and the "Bicycle and Ski Rentals" text are in English. I see a blue sign indicating "99," which suggests a major highway route in North America. The architecture and the overall urban vibe feel very much like Vancouver, Canada. I am fairly sure this is in the West End or downtown area of Vancouver.
