The sign clearly says "PO LUNG CENTRE," which is a distinct landmark in Hong Kong. The architecture and the style of the building are characteristic of industrial buildings in the Kwun Tong or Kowloon Bay areas. The yellow road markings and the specific traffic signage confirm this is Hong Kong. I am very confident in this location.
