The street sign says "NW 23 ST", which is a typical naming convention for Miami, Florida. The phone number area code 305 on the building sign confirms this location. The vibrant street art and palm trees are very characteristic of the Wynwood neighborhood in Miami. The architecture and sunny, tropical climate align perfectly with this area. I am very confident in this location.
