I see a modern building with a "Deloitte" sign and a distinct curved architectural style in the background. The streetscape and the style of the glass building suggest a major North American city. Through the glass reflection, I can faintly spot the shape of the Vancouver Lookout tower, which is a strong indicator of the location. The overall urban density and the look of the pedestrians align with downtown Vancouver. I am quite confident this is in the Coal Harbour or downtown area of Vancouver, Canada.
