I am flying over a road where traffic drives on the right side. The signs are in English, and the architecture and general urban feel strongly suggest North America, likely Canada given the style of the "City Square" building and the overcast, cool-weather atmosphere. The presence of a "City Square" shopping center is a very specific clue. I suspect this is in Vancouver, British Columbia, near the Cambie Street area. I am fairly confident in this location.
