The horizontal wood siding and the style of the windows are very characteristic of residential architecture in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The landscaping with ornamental grasses and river rock mulch is also common in this region. I suspect this is in a suburban area of Washington or Oregon. I am moderately sure of this regional assessment.

The modern, multi-story residential architecture with grey brick and large windows is very common in urban infill projects in cities like Vancouver or Seattle. The "Clearance" sign is in English, confirming a North American location. The lush, green vegetation and temperate climate feel suggest the Pacific Northwest. I am becoming more confident that this is a dense urban area in British Columbia or Washington.

The architecture, featuring white stucco walls and concrete stairs, is very typical of the residential style found in Vancouver, British Columbia. The lush, broad-leafed evergreen shrubbery is characteristic of the mild, wet climate of the Pacific Northwest. The overall aesthetic feels very much like a quiet residential street in the Kitsilano or Fairview neighborhoods. I am fairly confident this is Vancouver.
