The overhead wires and the style of the traffic signals strongly suggest a North American city with trolleybus or streetcar infrastructure. The architecture, particularly the green building and the urban density, feels very characteristic of Vancouver, Canada. The graffiti and the general aesthetic of the street corner align with the Downtown Eastside or nearby areas. I am fairly confident this is in Vancouver.
