I am flying over a city with modern high-rise architecture and a distinct North American feel. The driving is on the right side of the road, and the overcast, damp climate suggests a Pacific Northwest setting. The style of the buildings and the urban layout strongly resemble Vancouver, British Columbia. I am quite confident this is the Yaletown or False Creek area of Vancouver.

I suspect this is Vancouver, Canada, and I am 85% sure.
