I see a street sign for "Dunsmuir St." and a distinctive building in the background that looks like the Hotel Vancouver. The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The architecture and the style of the street signs are characteristic of a major Canadian city. I am confident this is downtown Vancouver, British Columbia.

I suspect this is in Vancouver, Canada. I am 95% sure.
