The architecture features a distinct combination of textured concrete and brick tiling, which is very common in Japanese residential design. The garage style and the specific way the stairs are integrated into the structure strongly suggest a suburban Japanese neighborhood. The vegetation and the pebble landscaping are also characteristic of Japanese urban gardening. I suspect this is in a city like Tokyo or Yokohama. I am moderately sure.

The signage "LOADING ZONE / 15 MIN MAX" is in English, which immediately contradicts my previous assumption of Japan. The architecture, specifically the corrugated metal siding and the style of the residential buildings in the background, looks very much like the Pacific Northwest, likely Vancouver or Seattle. The house number style is also typical of North American urban areas. I am now quite confident this is in Canada.
