The driving side is on the right, which is standard for the United States. The "Taqueria Tierra Caliente" food truck and the urban architecture, including the modern skyscrapers and the specific "Convention Ctr / Crypto.com Arena" signage, strongly point to downtown Los Angeles. The presence of light rail tracks and the dense high-rise environment confirm this metropolitan setting. I am very sure this is downtown Los Angeles, California.
