I am flying over a busy highway with Arabic script on the billboards. The vehicles and the general infrastructure, including the green noise barriers and the style of the billboards, strongly suggest Egypt. The presence of a Hyundai Verna, a very common car in Cairo, further points towards the Egyptian capital. The climate is sunny and dry, consistent with this region. I am fairly sure this is in the Greater Cairo area.
