The blue construction fence features the slogan "Forward Together," which is commonly associated with Vancouver, British Columbia. The architecture and the general urban density are very characteristic of the downtown Vancouver area. I am fairly confident this is in Canada.

The street signs and the overall urban architecture confirm the Vancouver, British Columbia location. The "Tableau" sign on the blue building matches the Tableau Bar Bistro located on West Hastings Street. I am very sure this is Vancouver, Canada.
