The driving is on the right side of the road. The architecture, featuring modern glass high-rises and mature deciduous trees, strongly suggests a North American city. The street signs and general urban layout are characteristic of a dense metropolitan area in Canada. I suspect this is Vancouver, British Columbia, given the specific style of the residential towers. I am fairly sure of this location.
